Cancellation Policy
The deposit will be retained for all cancellations made.
Cancellations made within 10 days of the arrival date will be charged in full.
Once a reservation has been taken either by letter, telephone or e-mail, may I respectfully remind you that you will have entered into a legally binding contract. For your own protection, I strongly advise you to have holiday insurance to cover every eventuality.
Once your deposit has been received you will receive a confirmation letter either by mail or e-mail.
Loss of Keys: A £50.00 charge will be made.
